In this video taken from the Lanner 2016 Predictive Simulation conference earlier this year, Nationwide’s Senior Manager, Jay Bourne discusses how they were able to increase their customer experience levels throughout their retail branch operations using predictive simulation.
Bourne demonstrates Lanner’s disciplined approach that helped them align the work they were doing to help plan cash machine usage and deployment more effectively. By using simulation through WITNESS Nationwide were able to fully understand their requirements and define the questions that needed answering to address their issues.
