Humaware

Humaware is a UK based technology development company dedicated to supporting the development and implementation of Condition Based Maintenance technology in the aviation maintenance repair and overhaul industry.

Over the last four years, Humaware have devloped the Maintenance Demand Forecaster, which is a novel application of WITNESS utilising Monte Carlo technologies developed and validated with Ministry of Defence and European Commission funding.

This new technology allows suppliers of maintenance repair and overhaul to forecast maintenance demand utilising readily accessible data from the condition monitoring system and the maintenance management software. It is available in a desk top format to enable the rapid low cost evaluation of the implementation of Condition Based Maintenance in a client MRO network whilst monitoring its impact on the network.

With this technology the client can stop inefficient and unnecessary scheduled maintenance; improve the ability of the network to provide material and resources in the right place at the right time.
