Through 2009 and 2010 we will be delivering a range of enhancements to users - themed 'Power with Ease - ThinkWITNESS', you will see the most visually striking changes in the products history. Support gives you access to our unique modelling advice service. If you are considering the best way to model a project or have a specific issue you will be in contact with an experienced consultant who can provide quick advice and guidance. In addition support services offer:

- Improving follow through on bugs
- Commitment to deliver monthly patch for 'major - no workaround issues'

Learning Materials
We provide users with an integrated set of learning materials. Where effective, we look to offer stimulating self-paced as well as offer tutor-led learning. For WITNESS, we offer a range of materials which start with a straight forward 'Getting Started' guide; through tutor led certified training and to self-paced advanced courses. For PRISM and Px-SIM, both self guided and tutor options are available.
