  1. The WITNESS YouTube Competition (the "Competition"), is open to those over the age of 18.
  2. Videos must be uploaded by 30th November 2009 and YouTube ratings submitted by 31st December 2009. Winners will be announced in January 2010.
  3. To qualify for inclusion, uploaded videos must include the words "Witness Simulation" in their titles.
  4. The prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred by you and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prizes.
  5. The winner may be required for promotional activity.
  6. Lanner Group accepts no responsibility for any injury or damage to you or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Competition.
  7. Lanner Group reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice.
  8. Lanner Group shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control, to include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
  9. The Competition will be governed by English law.
