The Board of Directors of the Lanner Group is chaired by Ken Briddon and led by the Chief Executive Officer, David Jones.

Ken Briddon - Non Executive Chairman

Ken is non-executive Chairman of Lanner Group. He has spent over thirty years in the software and IT services industry. He is currently chairman of and an investor in three software companies, two of which are private equity backed and an IT services business also funded by private equity.

His last executive role was CEO of JBA, a UK based global ERP software business that employed c 3000 staff. Prior to that he was divisional CEO of Misys, also a UK based software business.

He has experience of growing, restructuring, selling and buying businesses in addition to managing small private and venture backed businesses and larger public companies.

David Jones - CEO

David is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Lanner Group. Formerly the Marketing and Development Director, he joined Lanner in 1997 with responsibility for the strategic development of the business and all product and solution developments.

David has been in European and US software businesses for nearly 30 years, working and living in the US , Netherlands, Germany and France during that time. He has a technical background and subsequently moved into business management positions during a career working for Texas Instruments, LS3, where he established their IBM mid range systems division as Managing Director, and following acquisitions, worked in senior roles at CGI in Paris, and latterly IBM Europe. David brings extensive experience of route-to market strategy and extending channels to market, for which he has specific responsibility in Lanner for developing its indirect business activities.

Andrew Aitken - Chief Operating Officer

Andrew is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Lanner Group, having joined in 1999. He is responsible for direct sales and delivery operations at board level. He also personally directs selected customer projects on a regular basis.

Prior to joining Lanner, Andrew worked with Unilever and then leading management consultancy firms for 14 years. He originally joining PE International, where he specialised in Business Change programme management and held a variety of senior posts at Director and Associate Director level. Following this, Andrew joined Lorien plc, where he directed both the Change Management and Customer Management Consulting divisions, resulting in his position as Managing Director of Lorien's Customer Management Consulting group.

Chris Barnes - Chief Finance Officer

Chris is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary. He joined Lanner Group in 1996 following the buyout of the business from AT&T and has worldwide responsibility for all finance, HR and legal matters. Chris is responsible for liaison with the company's investors, bankers and advisors. He is a Chartered Accountant , having trained with KPMG in Birmingham, UK and subsequently was the group financial controller of two public listed UK companies.
