The ability to add, move and delete sensor positions on conveyors by functions
This week, Lanner Consultant Stuart West share information about five new functions related to continuous conveyors, now available in PwE 3.0.
There are five new functions that apply to sensors on Continuous conveyors. These allow the manipulation of sensors in actions code. This would allow, for example, the configuration of sensor positions to be set differently for different experiments as defined in a data file.
AddSensor - allows sensors to be added
DeleteSensorBylndex - allows a specified sensor to be deleted
GetNumSensors - returns the number of sensors on a conveyor
GetSensorPosByIndex - returns the position of the specified sensor
MoveSensorByIndex - moves the position of the specified sensor to a new position
