I have just finished working on a large food and beverage project, which focused on the design and planning of a model to address issues of high flow rates, accumulation and packaging. The customer said that the ‘what if’ experimentation was the critical phase, and I understand why; because this phase directly impacts real business decisions which effect the bottom line.
