Academic Partnership Programme

Lanner has an international programme partnering with academic establishments renowned in the field of simulation around the world. The partnership programme is designed to foster research into simulation, support advanced education in simulation and provide the Lanner Group with input into product design and testing.

The University of Warwick in the UK is the latest addition to this scheme. Lanner's connection with the University of Warwick goes back many years; early research into visual interactive simulation by Dr Robert Hurrion at Warwick Business School provided valuable input into the development of SEEWHY, the precursor to WITNESS®. Today, Professor Stewart Robinson heads up the Specialist Masters Programme at WBS and a simulation research group with around a dozen active members.
