Welcome to the Autumn issue of Lannerwire

The Lanner development team have been working hard over the summer and in this issue you will be amongst the first to gain a preview of the WITNESS PwE 2.0 release, due for shipment in November. We have also used the summer to prepare a series of management briefing papers on sustainability, automotive development in China and business process management (BPM) which are available via our web site. The one entitled 'Applying simulation techniques to the development of sustainable global supply chains' is particularly pertinent, as we look to move out of recession and are likely to be hit with the return to high energy prices. I also recommend you visit the WITNESS page on our website, where you will now find links to a new range of short videos showing both WITNESS examples of use and capabilities. We have much more to come over the winter; however that will save for a future newsletter.
