I am pleased to announce the release of WITNESS PwE 1.00a. The release demonstrates our commitment to deliver a stream of enhancements throughout 2009 and 2010 themed 'Power with Ease'.

Extending Quick3D

The PwE 1.00a release extends Quick3D, adding:

- Carpet mapping of 2D CAD layouts
- User selectable textures on all 3D shapes



The release is available to maintained users as a download from the MyLanner portal. The release notes included in the download provide further details of the new features.
WITNESS Labs

I am also pleased to announce WITNESS Labs: witnesslabs.uservoice.com

You can access WITNESS Labs through the 'Sign up' tab on the start page.



Lanner is keen to share with our users' information on its development road map and priorities; also to give users a voice in prioritising and shaping new capability. WITNESS Labs provides maintained users with an online gallery and forum in which they can browse over our development candidates, add their views and vote on priorities. Current users of MyLanner will automatically be invited to join during June 2009.
