WITNESS User Conference – ThinkWITNESS 2009

This year, Lanner continues its 12 year tradition of having some of the best WITNESS practitioners' present cases which demonstrate the creative and effective use of WITNESS. In today's uncertain global economy, organisations are tasked with making important change decisions which will impact their efficiency and competitiveness one way or another! The use of WITNESS as a tool to help de-risk such change decisions is more urgent than ever.

Following the success of last year's event, the next WITNESS user conference is scheduled to take place on March 4th 2009 at the Thinktank, Birmingham, UK.

The conference will be centred on the theme of 'Power with Ease - ThinkWITNESS'. This theme reflects market recognition that WITNESS is the number one choice for companies with serious simulation needs, combined with capturing the essence of exciting new product developments coming the way of all maintained WITNESS customers.

The event will provide an opportunity to find out how we are working with Universities around the world.

The event will feature guest speakers from a diverse range of organisations who utilise WITNESS in various ways, including VW Finance, Persides and West Yorkshire Police. Further speakers will be announced as our website is updated.

On the 3rd March, the day preceding the conference itself, we are also hosting a free WITNESS update training workshop. This workshop is a great opportunity to get an early 'hands-on' with exciting new WITNESS capabilities, including improved visualisation capabilities and hear what further ‘Power with Ease’ developments will be delivered through our new XP agile software development process in 2009.
